Biomedical-Intelligence-BMI

We are glad to announce the release of the first version of Biomedical-Intelligence-BMI  application for the use of researchers in the following fields:

1. Clinical Medicine
2. Bio-chemistry
3. Pharmacology
4. Genomics

Researchers in these fields can enter the world of artificial intelligence AI without any AI learning process, rather, by using a simple interface designed to hide all the AI internal complexity.

Please see the photos.

The researcher can upload her clinical results in the format of xlsx file or related such as csv, txt, or similar file format.

BMI will internally convert these files into semantic data that AI can understand.

By understand we mean: yes computers can understand!

Next step is the magic

The researcher can ask questions about data in English language! As simple as that.

BMI will answer!

Privacy

Before uploading your data, BMI will perform an data-anonymization process, i.e. data is altered in such a way that a data subject can no longer be identified directly or indirectly, either by the data controller alone or in collaboration with any other party. This will ensure privacy.

Context

This is a priceless feature.
BMI can save the context of questions!
That means questions are not isolated, rather, they are changed with each other, and with the answers of BMI, to formulate a context.
This will allow the following question to be relevant:
“I that relevant to the previous conclusion?”
BMI will be able to define “that” and “previous conclusion” based on the context.
We support context to allow machine-intelligence to process complex ideas and interactions that span hundreds of pages of discussions, rather than two-line-question limit, if we do not support context.

Data format

BMI supports the following data formats:

1. Xlsx, csv, txt, using file upload
2. OMOP using special connector. OMOP is: The Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) Common Data Model (CDM).
3. FHIR using special connector. FHIR is: The Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR).
